08-31-07: Version 0.23. The st scripts are now adapted to the Apache FOP 0.94. With this release, the st scripts will be restricted
to the use of the Apache FOP: other FO processors will perhaps still work, but developement and testing is now restricted to the Apache FOP
.
The use of Apache 0.94, togehter with the JEuclid library, allows a long wanted new feature: it is now possible to integrate mathematical expressions into the st scripts. That can be done directly in the XML file or as an import from an external file. Possible data formats are MathML and the "Open Document Formular Format", which is created by OpenOffice. Take a look at the manual for a more detailed description.
06-16-07: Version 0.22.1 (a slight change in the numbering schema) implements some interactive elements for PDF files: internet links can now added to a document and PDF bookmarks are build when the tag bookmarks is set in the header of the document. Images can now have a width attribute: the image will be scaled proportional to that value.
06-01-07: An adressfield and an "affiliation"-tag was added
05-31-07, version 0.21: Text formattings are now working in footnotes. There is a new global tag headerfont which defines an own font for headers.
04-14-07: The pagesize is now variable and can be fit to any value. A new global tag "highlightcolor" defines the color for all highlighted elements in the document. Optional, headers can also be highlighted.
03-30-07: Please notice: from version 0.1 to 0.2, the biggest change was the turnaround from p- and content-tags. A p-tag in version 0.1 is now a content-tag in 0.2, and a content tag in 0.1 is now a p tag!
03-26-07: Images' size can now scaled to an arbitrary %-value. The content-elements can take an exp-attribute will performe a nice change of the content-tags :-)
03-25-07: Please notice, that the st-stylesheet is not longer just one file. It is now split into the original st.xsl-file
which you can use in the known manner. Beside the st.xsl, there is a new directoy stemplates which contains the templates.
Beside that, I did *a lot* enhancements during the weekend. Two-column-layout, nicer tables, optional title, captions for images and
some more.
03-18-07: The font-system was changed to relative values. You can now optional specify a basefontsize, all font-sizes are calculated from that base-size. Again, their were a lot of enhancements in the tables.
03-15-07: The stylesheet has now some more features: A general RGB-color-schema, borders around blocks and enhanced tables. Additional, a lot of enhancements were made everywhere :-)
